Date: Saturday 4th July 2026
Entry: £20 entry £32 second release festival ticket
Doors open: 5pm
Headliners: Dr Meaker, David Kayode, Guns of Navarone
Supports by: East Devon Soul DJ
Our main headline venue for the festival is the Gateway Theatre, up at the top end of the town by Windsor Gardens. It’s a 400 plus capacity venue featuring the largest stage in Devon, apparently. The acts performing here will cross over music genres which interconnect the history of black music in the UK, from jazz, through soul and funk to ska and drum and bass. The joint will be rocking to some of the hottest acts around:
Dr Meaker – the best live DnB act in the world
David Kayode – sax maestro with global funky band, from Tomorrow’s Warriors, the agency which brough you Ezra Collective and Nubya Garcia
Guns of Navarone – Glastonbury favourites, 10 piece ska act playing classic tunes in a truly dynamic fashion.
Tickets £20 for Gateway only or £32 second release (£35 – full price) as part of whole festival ticket.
